ORGANIZING YOUR STUFF; A WAY TO DO ACT OF LEADERSHIP
ALLAH ALMIGHTY SAYS:
“SURELY ALLAH LOVES THOSE WHO ALWAYS TURN TO HIM IN REPENTANCE AND THOSE WHO PURIFY THEMSELVES”
( Surah AL-BAQARAH, Verse 222)”
I was sitting in my bedroom where everyone fined peace. I spend my day nowadays, eating, watching, working, sleeping, praying, etc. I like a well-organized and clean environment. It feels fresh and energetic.
At the start of the winter season, I want to spend my time mostly in a warm blanket. That’s why I am a bit lazy to do home chores due to coldness and my bed in out of order; dusty bed sheet, the pillows, and blanket put on the bed in a massive way and side tables were untidy and so dusty and I feel ill from few days also.
When the project requirement came. Now my inner voice whistled and told me Aliya! You should clean your room. You feel ill because of this messy environment.
Firstly, I do dusting of my bedroom furniture then I change my bed sheet, put pillows and blanket in the right way on bed and arrange things on side tables. Spray room fragrance which feels me fresh and after doing these home chores my room is clean and tidy.

I would have done this task if someone asked me to do it and definitely done if my parents asked me to do so. No, I didn’t do it at the same time. But today, I did this as it was the requirement of the project.
So this amazing and kind of fine-fingered activity relates to leadership in this way that a neat and tidy home, personal appearance, and workspace often says that you are a strong leader that follows the rules by the book. It also says that you focus heavily on achieving results timely and meeting goals with a growth mindset. It made me responsible and actionable.
AS LEADERSHIP IS AN ACTION, NOT A POSITION.”
I did the work willingly without the compelling of others and do daily things according to my decision.
