YOUR HAPPINESS AND SUCCESS LIE IN YOU; A GROWTH MINDSET JOURNEY

There two types of mindset that’s FIXED MINDSET and GROWTH MINDSET.

What’s a fixed mindset? The answer is people believe only in their born qualities and they never believe in efforts and improvement of skills. They think intelligence never grows with time and experience and they give up easily.
What’s a growth mindset? The answer is a growth mindset means nourished intelligence through intrinsic motivation, belief in learning new things by timely efforts and experience and they never give up.

GROWTH MINDSET VS FIXED MINDSET

I want to share five tips for developing a growth mindset that is;

· GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

· CREATE NEW HABITS

· ASK PEOPLE HELP

· FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT

Where did I learn these wonderful and very helpful TIPS for developing GROWTH MINDSET? Let you know I learned these amazing tips from the course of the biggest learning and improvement platform that is “AMAL FELLOWSHIP”. The AMAL platform is the biggest improvement room for me.

These tips play a vital role in personality growth and for the happiest and successful life. After knowing these tips I came to know I’m applying most of them at the moments or situations of my life.

SELF TALK: It’s defined as self-motivation. The benefits of talking to ourselves are to boost up our self-confidence, some positive energy, also develop the right mindset that’d help us to approach our goals or tasks with hope and optimism; in this way, it helps in our professionalism and also reduce the negative thoughts, it saturates our mind with constructive words through strong belief on ourselves. The positive words examples: I believe that I can do it, I should try it, I never give up, etc.

GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE: It means to push yourself to do it. you motivate yourself by your inner voice or self-talk you improve your confidence level and get some energy booster in yourself to take an initial step (everyday leadership) for doing something, to do struggle and hard work continuously in this way you can easily get out of your comfort zone and then you will able to achieve your life SMART goals.

CREATE NEW HABITS: Personally, I didn’t know the importance of this tip in our life for developing a growth mindset before the Amal course. Now I know the power of habits in our life. How they affect our personality growth? Basically, Habits are our choices, our routine. The habit has a four-step process Sign, Craving, Routine, Reward. The sign is the trigger that initiates us to want to act on the choice. Every habit has a routine set of actions that are done to fulfill our choice. The reward is the outcome that makes us happy. So habits allow us to reach our life goals.

My SMART goal is I want to improve my English communication so my habits play a vital role in achieving of goal in the way if I create this new habit there must be craving to a habit to watch English TED talks and movies, reading books and blogs then I’ll achieve my goal easily.

ASK PEOPLE HELP: A simple benefit of this tip is that other people can help you move forward. It seems like effective teamwork. You improve your working progress through senior’s good and right suggestions. The right people’s constructive feedback, suggestions, and advice motivate you to do it efficiently and effectively.

FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT: It is simply defined as that you have confidence and trust in yourself and you motivate and cheer up yourself again and again that you can do this however it looks like an impossible thing now. But your repeated words and forceful act of thinking generate an energy cell in your body and in your mind and you would be ready for doing this again and again until you achieve success.

MY FAVOURITE AND ROUTINABLE TIP:

My favorite tip is SELF TALK. I’m too Self-talkative even my family says I’m psycho because of it but it’s God gifted for me due to this I don’t know when I became a SELF-MOTIVATED PERSON so I motivate myself before I’m doing something. I always listen to my inner voice before where I go and when I do something. I never feel alone I realize where I was wrong where I have done the wrong thing where was my bad behavior. I’m lucky because of this tip already in me from childhood.

IMPLEMENTED TIPS:

So I have started implementing SELF-TALK, GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE, and ASK PEOPLE HELP already in my life. I believe to push myself because no one else is going to do it for me. When I was at my university, I was a timid person, but I’m very fond of sports and fitness. When DOW OLYMPICS came I want to participate in sports games.

I’m very excited to share my experience. It was a funny moment for all of you who read me the story; that many seniors discourage me due to my short height and they commented in this way like “THIS ISN’T A CHILDISH GAME”, “OHHOO NOW CHILDREN WILL ALSO TAKE PART IN THIS SPORTS WEEK” but I’m a self-motivated person so I pay attention to my inner voice which told me Aliya! You can do this no matter what’s your height and you should get out of your comfort zone and prove yourself on this ground by your efforts. Finally, I won the gold medal in the athletes’ game and after that, I won many medals in athletes and now I became an athletic person.

When I have any difficult situation and I fail to find the solution by myself then I ask people for help who have experience and I know they are the right people for guiding me perfectly.

GROWTH MINDSET BEGINNING FROM TODAY:

Actually, I never work on my habits even I didn’t know the power of habits and five tips. So today I started to create new useful and good habits for achieving my SMART goals which one goal I mentioned above. I want to improve my English communication so now my habits are reading and writing blogs, watching TED talks and English movies in which I have an interest, and try to speak fluently in public. I also started tip five that is FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT. It looks interesting tip.
